Strange dog encounters

I experienced the same event with slight differences more than once. A few months ago, some friends and I were ghost hunting and had just dropped our friend off at his house and were on our way back out.

I was driving and started feeling VERY uneasy, so I chose to turn around in a driveway... Upon turning around in the driveway my friend and I spotted a dog sitting about 100 feet from the car completely silent... just staring at us.. moving on, about one hour ago(3:30am)

I was on my way home from dropping my girlfriend off, I started feeling uneasy(as if I was being watched by someone/thing that didn't like me being there) again. about a minute later I passed the same driveway, and on the road outside that driveway was a dog just standing there watching me drive past, just this time the dog was very shaggy and looked possibly rabid... again, The dog was completely silent..

I was about a quarter mile from my driveway and I spotted next to a mailbox the very same dog... I'm still uneasy
